I have been exercising with you for about 9 months. I do love your classes both in the park and Salvation Army. I really enjoy the mix of cardio, pilates and whatever other techniques you use ( specially relaxation when I can have a minute with myself).

I would recommend this course to every mummy-to-be. The exercises are excellent and very useful. There is a refreshment after every class where we can freely talk about anything. It is a very good oppurtunity to meet other local mums (to be) in a friendly environment. The class is suitable from any stage of the pregnancy. The teacher is amazing also.  Good luck!!! :)

Melissa's classes got me back into exercise after having a baby. They are perfectly pitched for tired mums, just the right level of movement, it never feels like hard work but makes a huge difference to fitness and tone. Fun relaxed classes, and great to be able to take your child along. She's also really friendly and welcoming to new people. A really recommend.

Brilliant fun. A great way to loose the pregnancy weight and get back into shape after having your little one. I would recommend it to every Mum as a way to tone up and to meet other like minded Mum's. Melissa is a great teacher and ensures that you still get the individual attention during the group class. I started going about a year ago and I love it. The classes are varied so I don't get bored. Melissa adapts the exercises to suit each person's fitness level/physical state so you don't have to worry about overworking those abs just after having a baby. She makes sure you're doing exercises adapted to your particular case. As an added bonus, Melissa is cheerful and encouraging. And because the classes are outside in the fresh air, I leave feeling energised for the day - even when my little boy has decided to wake me up at 5 am, grrr! ;-)

I have really enjoyed the buggy bootcamp classes with Melissa. it was great to be able to get out in the fresh air and do some exercise after months of preganancy and post-birth sitting on the sofa! When my daughter was small she would happily sit in the buggy and sleep or watch us do exercises and when she got bigger she enjoyed sitting on a blanket and then crawling around in the park. The classes were small and friendly, not too exhausting, with a focus on strength building and core exercises rather than running around pushing buggies, which is what I had imagined. And there are not many other people around at that time in the morning to watch. Thank you Melissa for making my maternity leave more enjoyable and varied and helping me keep in shape.
